Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with Bakshi Transport Service Pvt. Ltd. through bakshitransports.com, by phone, WhatsApp or email. By confirming a booking you agree to them.

1. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and any advance payment requested has been received. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

2. Rates and what they include

Rates are quoted per vehicle for the itinerary and duration agreed. Unless stated otherwise on your confirmation, tolls, parking, state entry taxes, interstate permits, driver allowances for night halts and any waiting charges beyond the agreed time are extra and billed at actuals.

3. Payment

An advance may be required to hold the booking. The balance is payable before or on the day of travel, as stated on the confirmation. Invoices carry GST at the applicable rate.

4. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time and place. Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted in our vehicles. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be charged to the person who made the booking.

5. Delays and changes

We do our best to run on time, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, breakdowns or other events outside our control. If a vehicle becomes unavailable we will supply a comparable replacement.

6. Liability

Our vehicles carry the insurance required by law. We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation charges and refund timelines are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of New Delhi.
